The theme of the ASEAN PharmNET I Conference is “Harmonizing the Diversity of Pharmacy Profession in the Era of AEC”. The goal of this conference is to create the platform where the participants from ASEAN pharmacy schools could share knowledge and experiences in pharmacy education and research which will hopefully lead to the benefits of ASEAN pharmacy community altogether. The Conference will focus on recent advances in pharmacy education as well as research related to all disciplines of Pharmaceutical Sciences, where oral and poster presentations will be delivered by participants. One of the most exciting topics would be our education system and curriculum. How we can share the resources and move forward together should be sought after. Furthermore, a section designated as “Student Forum” has been added to encourage undergraduate/graduate students to present their thoughts and ideas toward pharmacy education in an international environment.

In addition to the full scientific programs, all participants will have an opportunity to network among colleagues while enjoying the cuisine, culture, and warm hospitality at Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner in the evening of December 3^rd. The venue, Landmark Hotel, is perfectly located next to Nana Sky train Station and within easy access to popular shopping areas and tourist attractions. We believe that all of the participants will enjoy the scientific programs, the social events as well as the sights and sounds of Bangkok.
