| บทคัดย่อ: โครงการฯได้สกัดนํ้ามันยอจากเมล็ดโดยวิธีหมักเมล็ดยอกับเฮกเซน (hexane) และระเหยแห้ง เฮกเซน (hexane) จนได้นํ้ามันยอ ซึ่งควบคุมคุณภาพนํ้ามันยอด้วยค่าคงที่ทางฟิสิกส์ และ Thin-layer chromatography นํ้ามันยอมีค่า drug extract ratio 19.3:1 ค่าความถ่วงจำเพาะ 0.894 ค่าดัชนีหักเหแสง 1.382 ไม่มีการปนเปื้อนเชื้อจุลินทรีย์ในนํ้ามันยอ โครงการฯจึงนำนํ้ามันยอมาผลิตเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ทำความสะอาดผิวกาย โดยลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่โครงการฯต้องการ คือ เป็นสบู่เหลวใส มีฟองและความหนืดพอประมาณ สามารถล้างออกได้ง่าย และเข้ากับนํ้ามันยอ จากการทดลองพบว่าสูตรตำรับนํ้ามันยอทำความสะอาดผิวกาย 2%w/w มีความเหมาะสม จึงได้นำมาประเมินความคงตัวด้วยวิธี freeze and thaw 7 cycles พบว่าไม่ทำให้เกิดการแยกชั้น และมีคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพที่คงเดิมไม่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลง |
| abstract: Noni oil was extracted from noni seed by macerating with hexane , which was later removed by rotary evaporator. The oil quality was controlled with the physical constant value and Thin-layer chromatography. Noni oil had the drug-extract ratio 19.3:1, specific gravity 0.894 and refractive index 1.382. The oil was free of microbial contamination. Our study aimed at the development of body cleansing oil product from noni oil. The product should be clear, moderately viscous and foam-forming with water. It should be washed out easily and compatible with the oil. The suitable formulation comprised 2%w/w noni seed oil with satisfied physical appearance. The product was tested for the stability using the method of freeze and thaw, 7 cycles. There was no phase separation and the physical property did not change. |
