| บทคัดย่อ: การศึกษานี้เป็นการพัฒนาตำรับ Ibuprofen ชนิด film coated tablets โดยวิธี direct compression การทดลองเริ่มด้วยการพัฒนายาเม็ดแกน (core tablets) จนได้คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ จากนั้นนำยาเม็ดแกนมาเคลือบฟิล์มด้วย HPMC นำ Ibuprofen film coated tablets ที่พัฒนาแล้วมาประเมินผลเปรียบเทียบกับ Ibuprofen film coated tablets ที่มีจำหน่ายในท้องตลาด (ยาต้นแบบหรือ original 1 ตัวอย่างและยาผลิตในประเทศ หรือ local 3 ตัวอย่าง) พบว่ายาทุกตำรับมีการละลายเข้ามาตรฐานกำหนดของ USP XXII คือ มีค่าการละลายไม่น้อยกว่า 70% (Q) ในเวลา 30 นาที แต่ยาที่ผลิตโดยบริษัทในประเทศมีการปลดปล่อยตัวยาในช่วงแรกน้อยมากเมื่อเทียบกับยาต้นแบบและ Ibuprofen film coated tablets ที่พัฒนาขึ้นและ Ibuprofen film coated tablets ที่พัฒนาขึ้นนี้มีเวลาการแตกตัวน้อยกว่ายาต้นแบบ |
| abstract: The aim of this project was to develop Ibuprofen film coated tablets. Core tablets with desired tablet properties were prepared using direct compression technique. These tablets were film coated with hydroxypropylmethylcellulose as a film polymer. Dissolution of the experimental tablets were evaluated and compared with those of commercial tablets. Eventhough all samples met USP requirement for the dissolution, i.e., not less than 70% (Q) dissolved at 30 min, the initial release rates were quite different. While the experimental and original tablets gave high initial dissolution values, the local-made tablets exhibited much less dissolution. It was also found that the experimental tablets disintegrated faster than did the original ones. |
