| บทคัดย่อ: โครงการพิเศษนี้เป็นการประเมินความคงตัวของอาหารทางหลอดเลือดดำแบบครบถ้วน ที่เตรียมขึ้นล่วงหน้าในโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ทำการเก็บตัวอย่างอาหารทางหลอดเลือดดำแบบครบถ้วน ที่เตรียมขึ้นสำหรับผู้ป่วยผู้ใหญ่ แล้วนำมาแยกเก็บที่อุณหภูมิ 25 oซ และ 4 oซ ประเมินคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพ ได้แก่ สี ความใส และตะกอน โดยการสังเกตด้วยตาและความปราศจากเชื้อโดยนำตัวอย่างมาเพาะเชื้อใน tryptic soy broth เป็นเวลา 24 ชั่วโมง ที่อุณหภูมิ 37 oซ ทำการประเมินตัวอย่างที่เก็บที่ 2 อุณหภูมิที่เวลา 0 (ทันที), 24, 48, 72 และ 168 ชั่วโมงจากผลการทดลองสรุปได้ว่าอาหารทางหลอดเลือดดำแบบครบถ้วนที่เก็บไว้ที่อุณหภูมิ 4 oซ มีความคงตัวดีทั้งในด้านคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพ และความปราศจากเชื้อจนถึง 168 ชั่วโมงในขณะที่อาหารทางหลอดเลือดดำแบบครบถ้วนที่เก็บไว้ที่อุณหภูมิ 25 oซ มีความคงตัวด้านคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพจนถึง 48 ชั่วโมง หลังจากนั้นจะเริ่มเกิดการเปลี่ยนสีจากไม่มีสีกลายเป็นสีเหลือง ส่วนความปราศจากเชื้อพบว่ายังคงอยู่จนถึง 168 ชั่วโมงดังนั้นจึงมีความเป็นไปได้ที่ฝ่ายเภสัชกรรมโรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีจะเตรียมอาหารทางหลอดเลือดดำแบบครบถ้วนขึ้นล่วงหน้าโดยสามารถเก็บไว้ที่ 4 oซ ได้นานถึง 168 ชั่วโมง |
| abstract: This study was the visual evaluation of a premixed formula total parenteral nutrition (TPN) prepared for adult patients at Ramathibodi Hospital. TPN samples were kept at temperatures 25 OC and 4 OC and visually observed for changes in color, clarity, and precipitation and tested for sterility by inoculating TPN samples in tryptic soy broth followed by incubating for 24 hours at 37 OC. The TPN samples kept at the two temperatures were evaluated at 0 (immediately), 24, 48, 72, and 168 hours. Results of the study showed that the TPN samples kept at 4 OC were stable based on both physical properties and sterility until 168 hours. The physical properties of the TPN samples kept at 25 OC were stable until 48 hours and after that the TPN samples changed from colorless to yellow, but still sterile until 168 hours after preparation. It is concluded that the Pharmacy Department, Ramathibodi Hospital can prepare TPN as premixed preparation which is kept at 4 OC and use before 168 hours. |
