| บทคัดย่อ: ประเทศไทยเป็นหนึ่งในหลายประเทศที่มียาในท้องตลาดมากมาย และมีอัตราการใช้ยาที่สูง โดยแต่ละปีมีทั้งยาต้นแบบและยาเลียนแบบออกสู่ตลาดยา ซึ่งยาทุกตัวต่างก็มีรูปลักษณ์ที่แตกต่างกันออกไป ในการพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ของยา ต้องอาศัยข้อมูลทางกายภาพ เช่น รูปทรง สี ขนาด ดังนั้นจึงเป็นการดีถ้ามีการจัดรวบรวมรายละเอียดลักษณะของเม็ดยา รวมทั้งข้อมูลเบื้องต้นเพื่อใช้ในการพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ Medilet เป็นบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ (CAI) ที่รวบรวมลักษณะและข้อมูลเบื้องต้นของยาหลายตัวในกลุ่มต่อไปนี้ ยาในกลุ่มโรคหัวใจและหลอดเลือด กลุ่มโรคทางเดินหายใจ กลุ่มระบบประสาทและกล้ามเนื้อ และกลุ่มยาปฏิชีวนะ โดยข้อมูลที่อยู่ในบทเรียนจะประกอบด้วย ชื่อทางการค้า ชื่อสามัญทางยา ข้อบ่งใช้ รูปทรงของเม็ดยา สี รูปภาพ เป็นต้น ซึ่งทําให้ผู้ใช้สามารถพิสูจน์เอกลักษณ์ของยาได้ง่าย ตามวิธีการที่ได้จัดทําไว้ในตัวบทเรียน บทเรียนนี้ได้ใช้โปรแกรม Visual basic 6.0, MS Office Access 2002 และ Photoshop CS ในการจัดทําบทเรียน การทําฐานข้อมูล และตกแต่งรูปภาพในบทเรียน ตามลําดับ |
| abstract: Thailand is one of countries that has a lot of drugs available in the market and also has highly consumed rate. There are many new drugs launched to the market each year including original and local made. All of them have a difference in appearance from each others. Identification of drug usually uses its physical properties such as shape, color and size. Therefore, it would be better if we are able to gather details and basic information of pills in one place in order to identify them. A computer assisted instruction (CAI), namely Medilet, gathers details and basic information of several drugs in groups of cardiovascular drugs, respiratory drugs, neuro-muscular drugs, and antibiotics. The information consists of trade name, generic name, indication, shape, color, and picture of drugs as example. These can be easily identified by individual user using the search strategies provided in the program. The CAI generated from the Visual basic 6.0 program, MS Office Access 2002, and Photoshop CS. They are responsible for creating the program, handling database, and adjusting all images, respectively. |
