| บทคัดย่อ: จากการสำรวจปริมาณและมูลค่าการนำเข้าเอนไซม์ โดยอาศัยข้อมูลจากกรมศุลกากรและกรมพาณิชย์สัมพันธ์ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2530-2538 พบว่าเอนไซม์โดยรวม (ยกเว้นเรนเน็ท) มีปริมาณการนำเข้า 11,366,064 กิโลกรัม คิดเป็นมูลค่าประมาณ 1,480 ล้านบาท เกี่ยวกับปริมาณการนำเข้าเอนไซม์นั้น ในปี 2530 มีปริมาณทั้งหมด 406,733 กิโลกรัม และตัวเลขนำเข้าเพิ่มขึ้นในแต่ละปีตั้งแต่ปี 2531-2538 เป็น 78%, 99%,142%, 211%, 215%, 294%, 435% และ 420% ตามลำดับ โดยปี 2537 มีปริมาณการนำเข้าโดยรวมสูงสุดคือ 2,175,272 กิโลกรัม ส่วนมูลค่าของเอนไซม์ที่นำเข้าในปี 2530 มีมูลค่ารวม 42,443,945 บาท และเพิ่มขึ้นในแต่ละปีตั้งแต่ปี 2531-2538 เป็น 57%,59%, 139%, 220%, 380%, 489%, 547% และ 686% ตามลำดับ โดยปี 2538 มีมูลค่าการนำเข้าโดยรวมสูงสุดคือ 333,588,158 บาท สำหรับประเทศที่เรานำเข้าเอนไซม์สูงสุด 3 อันดับแรก คือ ญี่ปุ่น, เดนมาร์กและเยอรมันนี ซึ่งมีมูลค่าและปริมาณการนำเข้า โดยประมาณ 35%, 30% และ 7% ของการนำเข้าโดยรวมตามลำดับ ส่วนเอนไซม์เรนเน็ทอย่างเดียวมีปริมาณการนำเข้าโดยรวม ระหว่างปี 2530-2538 เป็นจำนวน 10,393 กิโลกรัม คิดเป็นมูลค่า 2,149,917 บาท |
| abstract: Since 1987-1995, the research of the quantity and value of enzymes imported of the customs department and department of business economics , we have found that the quantity of the total enzyme imported (rennet excluded ) was 11,366,064 kilograms which the estimate was 1,480 million bath. In the 1987, the amount of import was 406,733 kilograms and since 1988-1995, there was the addition of import in each year which was estimated as 78%, 99%, 142%, 211%, 215%, 294%, 435%, and 420%, respectively. In 1994, the highest total quantity of importation was 2,175,272 kilograms. In 1987, the value of import was 42,443,945 Baht and since 1988-1995, there was the addition of import in each year which was estimated as 57%, 59%, 139%, 220%, 380%, 489%, 547%, and 686%, respectively. In 1995, the highest total value of importation was 333,588,158 Bath. Japan, Denmark and German were the 3 first countries which we imported the most enzyme, the approximate value and quantity of importation was 35%, 30% and 7% of the total import for 9 past years, respectively. For rennet, the quantity of the total import during 1987 - 1995 was 10,393 kilograms which was valued as 2,149,917 Bath. |
