MUPY welcomed pharmacists from Laos PDR in the 2017 training program in Medical Technology of Medicine and Public Health for Health Personnel

On February 14th, 2017, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suvatna Chulavatnatol, Dean, along with Dr. Wichit Nosoongnoen, Deputy Dean for Education, attended an opening ceremony of the 2017 training program in Technology of Medicine and Public Health for Health Personnel from Lao People’s Democratic Republic initiated by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn at Dusit Palace. The ceremony aimed to provide an orientation meeting and welcome all trainees who have participated in the programs. For pharmacy program, there were five pharmacists who have been then provided an orientation meeting by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suvatna Chulavatnatol, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cha-oncin Sooksriwong, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Arthorn Riewpaiboon at Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University in the afternoon. The training program has been initiated by HRH Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn and continuously provided by the Faculty on an annual basis. The objectives are to increase the knowledge and skills in health promotion and prevention, to strengthen and develop the public health, and to exchange the knowledge and experience in the development of medical technology and public health. In 2017, MUPY provides the 19th training program during February 14th through March 23rd, 2017. Name List of pharmacists from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic as follows: 1. MR.
